Despatch and unavailable items - Orders are not despatched until goods are paid for and any cheques are cleared. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of cleared payment for delivery. Should an item not be available at the time of order, you will be contacted by Clearly Delicious for further instructions.

Delivery: All items purchased are sent via regular post unless otherwise requested. Postage within Australia is calculated automatically by the shopping cart.

Remote Areas: Western Australia and Northern Territory may incur extra delivery charges and is dependent on location, size and weight of your order.

Returns: Whilst all care is taken, Clearly Delicious cannot accept responsibility for goods once they have been despatched from our warehouse.

When you place an order for product online from the Clearly Delicious internet store, we collect information associated with the transaction.
