The kitchens of Clearly Delicious, created and managed by Cathy John produces quality gourmet jams, chutneys, jellies, sauces, pickles and cordials.
Her inspiration comes from time honoured traditional recipes handed down through the generations and also new recipes created from the abundant supply of fresh fruit and vegetables from their own gardens and the Gippsland area.
Favourites include Kumquat and Passionfruit Preserve, Elderflower Cordial and the amazing taste of our Rhubarb Relish.
From small beginnings Clearly Delicious now has its own Produce Store situated in Lillico, 5km north of Warragul and welcomes bookings from coaches and groups, morning and afternoon teas are all home made and available to order. Easy parking, beautiful gardens and a chat with the glass maker at Lillico Glass Studio & Gallery make Clearly Delicious a charming place to visit.
We also supply many retail outlets, restaurants and hotels throughout Victoria. Our hampers and gift packs are also sought after throughout Victoria, Australia, Europe and the USA.
